Provider and booking

Cancellation

Over 24 h before pickup: free; prepayment refunded.
12–24 h: 30% of fare.
Under 12 h: 50% of fare.
Under 2 h or after driver departure: 100% of fare.

Special events, multi-day hires, or partner services may have different terms if stated before booking.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days; reasonable payment-provider fees may be deducted where permitted. Completed trips and late cancellations are non-refundable except where law requires.

No-show and waiting

We wait 15 minutes for city pickups and 30 minutes for airport or intercity pickups. After that, the fare is non-refundable. Extra waiting is charged at the rate shown before booking.

Additional fees

Tolls, parking, extra stops, night surcharges (22:00–06:00), and waiting time are shown before booking or calculated using displayed rates; no undisclosed fees are added after the trip.
