Terms of Service
These terms govern quotes and bookings for intercity passenger and chauffeur services arranged through thyrenxia.com.
1. Service provider
thyrenxia.com, individual entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 25276264, Business Center Senator, 12 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Email: contact@thyrenxia.com. Phone: +380 678 100 0797. Managing Director: Daniel Costa. These details are disclosed before any order under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices are quote-based and confirmed in writing before booking. A quote states the vehicle class, route, date, currency and included items. Additional fees may apply for extra stops, tolls, parking, night hours, oversized luggage, child seats and waiting beyond the free period. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Vehicle classes
Vehicle class is a category, not a specific model; a comparable or higher class may be substituted. Passenger and luggage capacity limits are stated in the quote and are binding.
4. Waiting time
Free waiting is 15 minutes for city pickups and 60 minutes for airport arrivals after actual landing. Further waiting is charged at the rate stated in the quote.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full fare. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023 are unaffected.
6. Passenger responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup details, be ready at the agreed time, follow seat-belt and safety rules and behave lawfully. Cleaning or damage charges may apply. Carriage follows Закон України «Про автомобільний транспорт» № 2344-III від 05.04.2001 and any required permits.
7. Travel-time estimates
Travel times are estimates only and depend on traffic, weather, border and road conditions. Delays from such factors or third parties are not guaranteed against, and estimates are not a promised arrival time.
8. Complaints
Send claims to contact@thyrenxia.com with your booking reference and details; we reply within 10 business days. This procedure follows Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023 and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.
9. Advertising, privacy and cookies
Promotional statements are identifiable as advertising, accurate and substantiated per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996. Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010; non-essential cookies load only after consent per Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020.
